Set up a quotes assistant that knows your prices

Stop explaining your business to ChatGPT every time. Set up a Project once, then ask for a quote in one line.

How to use it

  1. Create a Project just for quotes. In ChatGPT or Claude, open Projects in the sidebar and start a new one. In Gemini, create a Gem. Name it Quotes.
  2. Upload what a new hire would need: your price list, your terms and conditions, and three quotes you're proud of. Take client names out first.
  3. Copy the prompt, paste it into the Project's instructions and swap the brackets.
  4. From then on, ask in one line: "New quote. Client: Sam. Job: 12x16 cedar deck rebuild in Brackendale. Start: May." It asks what's missing, then drafts.

Always check the numbers yourself. AI drafts. You sign.
