After you paste it, swap the parts in [brackets] for your own details.
How to use it
- Copy your last ten reviews from Google Maps or your Business Profile: the good, the bad and the three-star ones. Keep first names only.
- Paste them into your AI assistant with the prompt, swapping the brackets.
- Make each one yours. Read every reply before you post it, add one detail only you would know, and cut anything that sounds canned. Post two or three a day rather than ten at once.
- Then keep it up: ten minutes every Monday, new reviews in, replies out.
A reply under your name is public, so the reading step is not optional.
