Check in with past customers in the slow season

Your best leads already paid you once, and most haven't heard from you since. Use the slow weeks to write to them.

Paste, then add each customer's name, the job and when

After you paste it, swap the parts in [brackets] for your own details.

How to use it

  1. List who to write to: customers from the last two years, quotes from the last six months, and any job that needs a yearly check-up. Twenty names is plenty.
  2. Copy the prompt and paste it into your AI assistant, then add each customer's name, what you did for them and when.
  3. Send five a day, by text or email, whichever they use. Read each one before it goes and add a line only you could write. When someone answers, reply the same day.
  4. Write down who answered. Next slow season, you start with a warm list.

One note for Canada: anti-spam rules (CASL) generally cover people who bought from you in the last two years or asked for a quote in the last six months, and every message needs your business name, your contact details and a way to opt out. That's why the list in step 1 stops where it does. Check the rules for your own case.

That’s the DIY version.

The one I build at CCM Labs knows who's due for a check-in and drafts the message for you. Tell me the task that keeps coming back. If a free prompt fixes it, you’ll hear that first.
