How to use it

  1. Collect ten messages you actually sent: emails, DMs, texts to real customers. Pick the ones that sound like you. Take names and details out.
  2. Copy the prompt and paste it into a chat, with your ten messages under it.
  3. Save the rules as custom instructions. In ChatGPT: Settings, Personalization. In Claude: Settings, then Instructions for Claude. In Gemini: put them in a Gem.
  4. From then on, reply in one line: "Reply to this: can't do Friday, offer Monday 9am, keep the deposit." It drafts in your voice.
